How Send International came to be

From a small group of believers to a global network, Send's story is one of faithfulness and growth. Each milestone reflects our commitment to reaching the unreached.

1937

Central Alaskan Missions (CAM) is founded by Vincent James Joy to serve Alaska’s remote communities.

1947

Far Eastern Gospel Crusade (FEGC) is established by returning WWII servicemen with a burden for Japan and the Philippines.

1950s–1960s

Both CAM and FEGC grow rapidly; launching aviation ministry, youth camps, church planting, leadership training, and cross-cultural mobilization.

1937
